Your route artwork is made to order. Please contact us for a current production and delivery estimate before ordering, especially if you have a date in mind.
First, we make your artwork
Production is the time needed to make and prepare your order before it is dispatched. Your route artwork is made, assembled and checked by hand in the Netherlands.
Production time is separate from the time your parcel spends in transit. Ask us for the current production estimate before placing your order.
Then, your parcel travels to you
Transit starts after dispatch, when the parcel is with the delivery carrier. It is not the same as the total time from placing an order to receiving it.
Contact us to confirm delivery availability and the current transit estimate for your destination before ordering.
Have a particular date in mind?
If your frame is a gift or is intended for an event, get in touch before ordering. Include your delivery country and postcode and the date you have in mind so we can discuss both production and transit.
An estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. If you have already ordered, include your order number when contacting us about delivery.
